Hypnosis and Source Energy

We think it would be a wonderful thing in the way that you mean hypnosis to be so actively aware of the vibration of Source that we just went right to it. In other words, if you were following the suggestions of your Inner Being, if you had practiced yourself subject-by-subject, leaning-by-leaning, fork-by-fork, into vibrational alignment with how Source feels about you, in every moment, Oh what a hypnotic trance that would be! You would walk around and you would be saying, whether you say it out loud or you say it to yourself, “I am a wonderful Being. There is nothing that I cannot achieve. The world addresses itself to me always in positive ways. Everything always works out magnificently for me. I live a charmed life. Things are supposed to and always do go well for me. Seas part for me. I have the resources of the Universe at my disposal. I live in an environment where I am inspired to a new thought. And as soon as I give birth to it, things align in order to bring me the actualization or the manifestation of it. I am an extension of Source Energy. I am God in a physical body and I am good. And because I am good, good things come to me. And if I am sick it is temporary because it is natural that I be well. And if I am not abundant of things that are important to me, it is temporary because it is natural that I be abundant.

And there is nothing that I am supposed to do, but all kinds of things that I want to do.”

If you were listening to the hypnotic voice of Source Energy, you’d be constantly hearing the drum beating that says, “You are loved, and you are worthy, and you are valued and life is supposed to be good for you. You are worthy, you are valued, you are loved and life is supposed to be good for you.”

We want nothing more, than for you to begin listening for and train yourself into the vibrational hypnotic trance of Source Energy who knows your value.

Sophisticated chemical factory

Abraham: But what’s wrong with the chocolate chip cookies anyway?

Guest: Too many of them tends…

Abraham: But what causes you to call them “too many of them?”

You say, “I want to be slender, but I believe the cookie is the opposite of
that.” So I want this but I am doing that, so how does it really feel when
I’m eating the cookie?

Now stay with this, you’re really gonna like it.

So if I am reaching for the relief of aligning with my physical intention,
then it would feel better for me to let the cookie go as long as I believe
the cookie is in opposition to where I want to go. But often that is not
the subject on the table. The subject on the table is “I’m frustrated out
of my mind about this and this and THIS! Oh, that cookie looks like relief!
I’m frightened about this. This cookie looks like relief.”

As you begin to reach for relief, there is nothing wrong with reaching for
the comfort in food. There’s nothing wrong with that, but just don’t let
that be the only comfort you are reaching for. Reach for the comfort in
thought.

Now imagine this really sophisticated chemical factory that has the ability
to extract from everything that you give it necessary components. Your
body’s ability to digest breaks everything down into usable stuff. And the
cells of your body then attract to themselves the parts of that usable stuff
that they most need. Very raw description, but really an accurate
description, too. So your chemical factory has the ability to effectively
utilize what you are eating unless you are angry about it or frightened
about it or guilty about it. If you don’t make peace with the way you are
eating, you make it harder for your chemical factory to utilize it. When
you love what you are eating…

That’s the biggest thing that has gone wrong with diet in your culture
today. You used to eat and like your food, and now you’ve made all food your
enemy.

It’s a really rare one of you who can eat anything and not find something in
it that makes you believe you should not eat it. So it is really odd to
find a human eating and taking pleasure from the food. Instead, you’ve got
this love/hate relationship with food. You want it because the cells of
your body are asking for it. You were born with this guidance that lets you
know it is time to refuel. You have this cellular calling for the food,
then you give it the food and before you have even swallowed it, you’ve set
up a vibrational wall of resistance that makes it more difficult for your
body to utilize the food.

That’s why different people can eat the identical food and get different
results from it. If it were as you think it is, by now or long ago, you
should have been able to get a formula that works for everyone – This food
means THIS and this food means THIS. This combination of food means this.
You are leaving out the only factor that matters. And it’s the
resistance/allowing factor.

It isn’t WHAT you eat, it’s how you feel when you eat it.
It isn’t WHAT you say, it’s how you feel when you say it.
It isn’t WHAT you do, it’s how you feel when you do it.
It’s ONLY how you feel.

Confidence in the Law of Attraction

We say that if you can focus upon things that you don’t have a big negative vibration built up around, the Universe will deliver it to you quickly, which will give you confidence in your ability to focus, it will give you confidence in the Law of Attraction, it will give you confidence in your worthiness. So we always say start with easy things until you’ve proven to yourself the power of Law of Attraction, and proven to yourself your ability to focus.

And once you’ve got that, we encourage you to clean up your vibration on every subject under the sun. Your vibration is right where you left it on every subject.

Don’t take score so soon

You say, “But Abraham, when I want something and I have wanted it and it is not coming and I am aware it is not coming how can I feel anything but lack about it?”

And we say Don’t take score so soon.

Keep reminding yourself – and that’s where that trusting comes in –keep talking about what you want and why you want it and that will keep you in a vibration that keeps allowing rather than disallowing.

You would not go to that tomato patch and snatch that hard green tomato and say, “I’m going to eat you today because I said I would. This is the goal day. You are supposed to be ready, it is June 6th, today I will eat you.”

As you bite into that hard, sour tomato you would not have a very pleasant experience. It is ever so much more wise to relax and to say, in very trusting fashion, “It is coming to me. All is well. I will keep my eyes and ears open for it. I will feel my way to it rather than demand my way to it.”

We are wanting to assist you in discovering that fine line, that subtle difference between wanting something and going after it, [and] wanting something and allowing it.

We’re wanting you to discover the subtle difference between saying, “I want but where is it?” in which you feel the great crevice of lack, or wanting something and saying “This is a golden buffer of time through which it will unfold perfectly.”

Law of Attraction will make it happen

It’s not your work to make anything happen. It’s your work to dream it and let it happen. Law of Attraction will make it happen. In your joy, you create something, and then you maintain your vibrational harmony with it, and the Universe must find a way to bring it about. That’s the promise of Law of Attraction.

Teach only those who are ready

Law of Attraction is Universal, and every person is affected by it. And it is always true that what I think and what I feel and what I get are always a match, and there is not a person on the planet that did not know that when they were born, and there is not a person on the planet that would not benefit by knowing it. But many, many, many are not yet asking and therefore are not yet ready for the answer. And so, we would say that — although everyone wants this information — everyone is not necessarily ready for it. We would not spend any time trying to convince anybody of anything because if they’re not asking, your answers are just irritating.

Abraham demonstrating a rampage of appreciation about money!

I’m doing very well in my life. I’m happy to be in this body. I’m glad I came. I like life on planet earth at this time. I’m appreciative of the environment in which I live. I like the abundance that surrounds me. I like the platform of wellbeing from which I get to choose. I’m sorting all of this out. I’m realizing that there’s not a rightness or a wrongness in having money or not having money, it’s just a preference that people are aligning with or not. And I like coming into vibrational alignment with my preferences about money.

What is it about having money that I like? I like the freedom that it allows me. I like the context of choices that it provides. I like the arenas that it opens to me. I like the feeling of expansiveness that it gives me. I like having all of those choices. And I adore the idea of having the flexibility to be and do and have more of those things.

I love this planet. I love the idea of exploring it. I love tasting the finest aspects of it and I love getting to choose what those are. I love this benevolent universe. I can feel that my source is calling me toward this abundance. And I can feel when I go, and I can feel when I don’t. And all of that’s alright. It’s not wrong to have dollars or right to have dollars. It just feels one way to align with my own desires, and it feels another way not to align with my own desires. It’s only about that.

I’m not making a statement to the world about what they should do about dollars. I’m not condemning people who have them, or critizing people that don’t have them. This is only about ME and my gap relative to this subject. And I can feel that my life has caused me to put some things in vibrational escrow that I’ve been holding myself apart from. But now I know what I’m doing. And things are coming in. And I’m getting the hang of this and I’m doing rather well at it. And I can feel the influx of energy. I can feel that my stream is calling
and I can feel that I’m more willingly going with it. And I can feel that on many subjects I’ve let go of the oars. I can feel that I’m coming into alignment. I have seen the evidence of my improved vibration in many different aspects of my life. I have seen the improved vibration of my being in the aspect of money in my life. I know I’m understanding this. And I think I’m making too much of all of this. I’m happy that I understand it. I’m going to look for more reasons to feel good. And I’m going to enjoy watching the abundance flow to me.

I’m hoping to see more evidence of the abundance flowing, and I’m believing that I will.
In fact I have already seen some of it. This is going to be fun. Nothing’s gone wrong here.
Everything’s right on track. I’m doing just fine. I’m happy where I am. I’m pleased with what I know. I’m happy to apply what I know. I can’t get it wrong. I never get it done. Isn’t life fun?! Don’t you love money?! Don’t you love money flowing?! Isn’t this a wonderful world?!

Ultimate Freedom

You don’t want your message to your child to be, “Oh, you are unhappy at school? I’ll take you out of school. Oh, you’re unhappy here? I’ll take you to Cancun.” You want your message to him to be, “I believe you have the ability to find alignment with Source where ever you stand. And when you take the time to find alignment with Source where ever you stand, NOW, you’re finally free and until then, you won’t find freedom anywhere.”
